The treasures of principal campaign committees of candidates on the ballot for the April 1, 2014 primary election who receive a single contribution of $200 or more between March 25th and the April 1st election must notify this Office of that contribution within 24 hours of receipt.
OCF Form 16-A (24 Hour Report) may be used for this report, or the treasurer may use his or her own personal stationary provided that the following information is contained on the stationary:
a. The candidate's name and the office sought;
b. The identification of the contributor; and
c. The amount and date of receipt of the contribution;
The contribution(s) must also be itemized on the next scheduled report (June 10th) of the committee. The 24 hour report cannot be filed electronically. However, the form is downloadable on this website or may be picked up from this Office.
