This notice is to remind all treasurers of prinicipal campaign committees and PACs who participated in the 2013 special election and all committees registered for the 2014 election to file the October 10th Report of Receipts and Expenditures by Thursday, October 10, 2013. This report must contain receipts and expenditures from the date of the committee's last report through at least October 5, 2013. Paper filings of the report must be received in this Office by 5:30pm of the filing deadline. Electronic filings must be submitted by midnight of the filing date.
Please note that PACs who filed a Notification of Non-Support (OCF Form 12) earlier this year in relation to the 2013 special election must file the October 10th report or file another Notification of Non-Support if they do not plan to participate in the election in 2014.
