Fillable PDF forms are now available
The Office of Campaign Finance now provides the Statement of Candidacy (OCF Form 15), Statement of Organization (OCF Form 14), Statement of Organization for a Citizen Service Program (OCF Form 7) and Statement of Information for Senators & Representatives (OCF Form 27) as fillable PDF forms. The filer can type in the necessary information, print it, sign and return to this Office when filing their registration documents.
