* The statutory and regulatory references are the authority for
the filing and publication requirements. ** All reports and statements filed
in person or by first class mail must be received by 5:30 pm of the filing date.
When the due date for a filing falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the
filing is considered timely if filed on the next business day occurring
immediately thereafter. Online electronic submission of a report is considered
timely filed if submitted by midnight of the prescribed filing date.
